DALL’OMELIA DI DON ENRICO RONCAGLIA (*)
E Gesù disse: “Beato te, Simone figlio di Giona, perché né la carne né il sangue te l’hanno rivelato, ma il Padre mio che sta nei cieli. E io ti dico: Tu sei Pietro e su questa pietra edificherò la mia chiesa e le porte degli inferi non prevarranno contro di essa“.
Oggi ricordiamo San Giovanni Paolo II che è stato il 264º papa della Chiesa cattolica e vescovo di Roma, 6° sovrano dello Stato della Città del Vaticano. Fu eletto papa il 16 ottobre 1978. Primo papa non italiano dopo 455 anni, cioè dai tempi di Adriano VI (1522-1523), è stato inoltre il primo pontefice polacco della storia e il primo proveniente da un Paese di lingua slava. Il suo pontificato è durato 26 anni, 5 mesi e 17 giorni ed è stato il terzo pontificato più lungo in assoluto, dopo quello di Pio IX e quello tradizionalmente attribuito a Pietro apostolo.
Il suo pontificato e’ stato molto difficile. Ha radunato i popoli di tutto il mondo portandovi la parola di Cristo. Ha tentato di riconciliare le differenti tradizioni culturali-religiose. Aveva attenzione alla forma e anche ai simboli religiosi. Amava le persone. Ha portato con se una grazia, una benedizione per le persone che incontrava.
Ma c’era anche il malcontento. Veniva criticato per i suoi viaggi costosissimi e molto faticosi, ma anche per il suo culto alla Beata Vergine Maria. Quest’ultima fu una critica che venne fatta anche a
Benedetto XVI. Il potere massonico era infatti entrato in molti organi della chiesa.
Ma la vera chiesa di Cristo sara’ sempre piena della grazia di Dio!
Preghiamo dunque che la pienezza della Gloria di Dio rivesta presto la Chiesa tutta!
Sia lodato Gesu’ Cristo! Sempre sia lodato!

And Jesus said: “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, because neither flesh nor blood have revealed it to you, but my Father who is in heaven. And I tell you: You are Peter and on this rock I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it ”.
Today we remember Saint John Paul II who was the 264th pope of the Catholic Church and bishop of Rome, 6th sovereign of the Vatican City State. He was elected pope on October 16, 1978. The first non-Italian pope after 455 years, that is, since the time of Hadrian VI (1522-1523), he was also the first Polish pontiff in history and the first to come from a Slavic-speaking country. His pontificate lasted 26 years, 5 months and 17 days and was the third longest pontificate ever, after that of Pius IX and the one traditionally attributed to Peter the Apostle.
His pontificate was very difficult. He has gathered the peoples of the whole world by bringing you the word of Christ. He tried to reconcile the different cultural-religious traditions. He paid attention to form and also to religious symbols. He loved people.
He brought with him a grace, a blessing for the people he met. But there was also discontent. He was criticized for his very expensive and very tiring journeys, but also for his worship of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The latter was a criticism that was also made to Benedict XVI.
Masonic power had in fact entered many organs of the church.
But the true church of Christ will always be full of God’s grace!
Let us therefore pray that the fullness of the Glory of God will take over the Church!
Praised be Jesus Christ! Always be praised!
