Il suo motto era la vita povera e in preghiera,nonche’ la predicazione e l’evangelizzazione. All’epoca le eresie, specialmente in Francia, imperversavano.
Il suo simbolo e’ la fiaccola della lucerna. Simbolo della santita’ della vita, ma anche della sapienza (la lucerna) accesa con la preghiera del Rosario. La sua missione: portare la sapienza e la parola di Dio ai cuori semplici recando in mano la corona del santo Rosario.

Today we celebrate the feast of St. Dominic, founder of the Dominican order of preachers. His motto was life in poverty and in prayer, as well as preaching and evangelization. At the time, heresies, especially in France, were rampant. Its symbol is the torch of the lamp. Symbol of the sanctity of life, but also of wisdom (the lamp) lit with the prayer of the Rosary. His mission: to bring the wisdom and the word of God to simple hearts by holding the crown of the Holy Rosary.

Oggi celebriamo la festa degli angeli, specialmente gli angeli custodi, nel mese dedicato al Dio Padre. Gli angeli adorano continuamente Dio Padre. Lui’ e’ infatti e’ il creatore, colui che mantiene in vita tutte le creature.
Gesu’ dice: voi vedrete cose grandiose: i cieli aperti e gli angeli salire e scendere dal cielo. Vedremo il Figlio dell’Uomo, Gesu’ Cristo nella sua gloria che verra’ a giudicare i vivi e i morti.
Con gli occhi della fede possiamo vedere questi eventi. Potremo vedere Dio Padre e l’Agnello.

Today we celebrate the feast of the angels, especially the guardian angels, in the month dedicated to God the Father.
Angels continually adore God the Father. In fact, he is the creator, the one who keeps all creatures alive.
Jesus says: you will see great things: the open heavens and the angels ascending and descending from heaven.
We will see the Son of Man, Jesus Christ in his glory who will come to judge the living and the dead.
With the eyes of faith we can see these events. We will be able to see God the Father and the Lamb.

Traditional Catholics from across the state, including some from Cheboygan who attended and were married at St. Charles before it closed, responded to the reopening of the church with much celebration.

CHEBOYGAN, Michigan, July 30, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — In the 17th century, French Jesuit priests like Fr. Jacques Marquette arrived in Northern Michigan and converted thousands of Native Americans to the Catholic faith. Today, towns across the region have historical markers and monuments erected in his honor.
Much like the wider Church, a crisis of faith shook the Catholic community in Northern Michigan following the Second Vatican Council. Eventually, the Diocese of Gaylord was forced to close several churches, including St. Charles Borromeo, one of the largest in the area, in the 1980s.
St. Charles, which was built in the early part of the 1900s, was eventually sold to a group of Protestants. Decades of neglect finally caught up with the building. By the mid-2000s, it had become practically unusable due to water damage and structural issues.
Bill Price, a former Marine, saw the church was listed for sale in the 2010s after he and his wife, who grew up in Cheboygan, were visiting the town. Price told LifeSite he was “inspired” to purchase the property because of what it represented to the area.
In 2019, Price purchased the dilapidated church, which can hold upwards of 500 people, for $25,000, eventually taking out a mortgage on it. Since then, he’s been essentially single-handedly restoring it to its former glory. A small group of volunteers have helped install air conditioning and other amenities.
In recent years, Price has done extensive work patching up holes in the roof to prevent further water damage. He’s also built the base of the altar, fixed the windows, and installed donated altar rails.
While financial support has generally been sparse, Price told LifeSite he’s received several donations higher than a thousand dollars, which he immediately put back into the building. Although there remains much work to be done, including the installation of new floors and bell towers, Price announced the grand re-opening of St. Charles on Sunday, July 11. Data published by Public Health England shows that calls to the ambulance service due to people suffering cardiac arrest or being unconscious have increased week on week by huge numbers compared to expected levels ever since young adults started to get the Covid-19 vaccine.
Public Health England collects data on certain symptoms reported when a call is made to ambulance services, and data for the week ending 25th July 2021 shows that all reported symptoms are above the expected levels for this time of year.
But the most concerning symptom is cardiac / respiratory arrest which has seen a steep increase in reports since the end of May.
This is around the same time adults under 30 began to get the Covid-19 vaccine, with most of them receiving the Pfizer mRNA jab. They have not been offered the AstraZeneca jab due to concerns about blood clots, however a minority have received the Moderna mRNA jab.
However, both the Pfizer and Moderna jabs have also since had warnings added to the safety labels due to a suspicion it is causing myocarditis and pericarditis in younger adults, mainly men, after they have had the second dose.
Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle, whereas pericarditis is inflammation of the protective sacs surrounding the heart. Both are extremely serious conditions due to the vital role the heart plays in keeping a person alive, and the fact a person only gets one heart.
Another concerning symptom has also rapidly increased above baseline levels since young adults started to get the Covid-19 jab. Reports made to ambulance services of people being unconscious / passing out have increased significantly since the end of May.
Correlation is of course not causation, but something is causing a huge spike in these concerning symptoms, and it is not Covid-19.
The Covid-19 vaccines have proven to be extremely unsafe so far with over 1 million adverse reactions and over 1,500 deaths being reported to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
They have also proven to be clearly not working thanks to Public Health England data which shows 65% of all alleged Covid-19 deaths are people who have been vaccinated, whilst Public Health Scotland data shows 87% of all alleged Covid-19 deaths are people who have been vaccinated.
If the Covid-19 vaccines which have been given to over 80% of all adults are not to blame, then it’s hard to understand what is.
